Regular periods don’t mean your hormone levels are normal.

Too often, women are told their symptoms can’t be hormonal simply because they’re still having regular periods. But conditions like PMS and PMDD can occur in women with regular periods.

Rather than just treating symptoms, we should be asking why they’re happening and looking for and treating the underlying cause. So treating a hormonal problem with a hormonal treatment makes complete sense.
