Yoshi’s soundtracks definitely have some hidden gems that are easy to miss. It’s not my first time sampling from this series, but it’s cool to tap into that vibe again and really enjoy it.
Using a gospel choir plugin for the first time was an interesting choice that brought something different to the track. It’s that perfect mix of big and laid-back, which is tough to pull off, but I think it works here.
With the projects dropping on 1/17/25, I’m excited to see how this sound develops moving forward. I can’t wait to empty out this hard drive and show you all what I’ve been working on. Much love, and I’ll see you soon!
