Attorney Michael Connett explains deposition footage from the fluoride lawsuit in which EPA expert witness, risk assessor Dr. Stanley Barone, admits under oath that an uncertainly factor (or margin of safety) of at least ten is needed to protect vulnerable populations from the risk of fluoride neurotoxicity.
