Kojo Ryu, one of the oldest Okinawan martial arts, emphasizes natural movements and fluid techniques, reflecting its Chinese martial arts heritage. KishimotoDi, a rare system of Shuri-Te, is known for its simplicity and directness, embodying principles like "avoid by an inch" and "attack and defense as one" .
