The Meibukan Dojo was founded by Yagi Meitoku, a direct lineage student of the founder of Goju Ryu Karate, Chosen Miyagi. Long time practitioner and teacher, Dan Antonsen, invited me to drop into a class and talked about the Dojo's connection to the movie Karate Kid.
