Espolòn has officially entered the Extra Añejo category, and we got our hands on a bottle. This new expression is aged for three years, including two and a half years in American oak followed by a six-month finish in French Chardonnay casks, giving it notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and sweet spice. At around $70, it's also positioned as one of the more approachable Extra Añejos on the market. Here's a quick unboxing and first look.
