We were looking for something to do after having all of my blood tests as we are finding it hard staying in one location after so long of staying in one location.. I don't think this would have been an issue at all if we were in the house but when we're used to moving around it tends to make us feel stuck. Instagram came to the rescue and showed us that That's Mature Toasties was at a social food festival in Slaithwaite at the weekend, as thats not ridiculously far away we decided that would do - plus we got to travel through yorkshire and its always beautiful there.
Bloods came back shoing I need more B12 and folic acid so will be getting that sorted out. Time to look at my diet a little more too and see what changes I can make.
