Umbarans were from the planet Umbara, a world that received little sunlight, earning it the nickname the Shadow World. Umbarans were likewise known as the Shadow People. They had pale skin and colorless eyes that could see ultraviolet light. Their world was known for its advanced and unique technology, like the Impeding Assault Tank, a massive, crawling weapon of war covered in laser cannons, or their starfighters, which came equipped with holographic touch displays. Their military’s armor pumped gas into their helmets that gave their soldiers enhanced reflexes. Many Umbarans were bald, but it was possible for them to grow hair, as evidenced by their senator, Mee Deechi. They were skilled politicians, because it was widely rumored they had the ability to influence the minds of others. Imperial Administrator Sly Moore was confirmed to have some of those very gifts through the Force. #starwars
