ULT - IMISS is the ultimate IMISS (Infinite Multi Item Storage System).
It's a version of IMISS that has all the "nice-to-haves" you can dream of: Automatic directory, Q to retrieve-function, double hopper speed retrieval, Shulker in and out, programmable retrieval (fill a shulkerbox with exactly the items you want in the order you want) and has a programmable on-hand-storage as well for the items you just wanna grab and go with - and it's silent to boot.
It's devised for bulk input from farms, but uses a directory to retrieve the stored items, as you may know from much lager storage systems, such as The Nexus from Ethos Lab, or Sethblings Infinite Minecart Storage System. In a very small space you can store as many items as ie Cubfan135's Shibalba on Hermitcraft Season 7 in less than a 1/20 th of the space.
The directory is fully automatic and handles stacks of 64, stacks of 16. The footprint for this all out version is 21x21x14 blocks! And best of all it is infinitely expandable.
It should work for Minecraft 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16, 1.16.5 and 1.17

This system does NOT claim to be the best system or have all the same functions and benefits of other larger systems out there: The Tango Tek Multi Item Sorting System, The Mita Milo /Rapscallion Storage System, The Maizuma Games Categorizer nor to be as lag efficient as The Gnembom Lag-effective Multi-Item Sorting System - It's just another system for you to consider and it has it's own upsides and downsides.
UPSIDE: Infinite. Makes the directory automatically. Programmable. On-hand-storage.
DOWNSIDE: Does not hold non-stackable items - but neither does most other systems. If you feed it non-full-stacks the inventory gets messed up.If you build it VERY big (1000 Minecarts) it will create lag. Semi-advanced redstone.
