Hope you enjoyed this extremely deep dive into these two iconic machines!
I am really excited about the move to a brass boiler in the Gaggia Classic Pro E24, but the Rancilio Silvia still just provides an incredible experience at the price, even with lack of PID (which is super silly for both of them to lack).
