Cupping is known for being the tastiest way to enjoy coffee. Tim Wendelboe says it, so it must be true. Therefore, I have taken the liberty of changing this recipe, originally by Dan Yee to emulate a cupping, to make the experience clean, tasty, and without all that sludge and grit by eliminating the direct kettle pour. What about french press? This does not necessitate pouring, which moves the grounds through the mesh filter. This process allows a natural filtration of the coffee brewed through the bed, which is an incredibly effective filter.
Anyway, here is a super easy way to get an incredible cup!
