Part 2 of the garage shop cabinet build is underway! In this episode we progress on the cabinet carcasses we built in part 1. We add a face frame to all of the cabinets and construct the doors using tongue and groove joinery. Follow along on this journey as I build my "ultimate shop cabinets" on my journey towards shop greatness. The video following this one will be the finishing work including door & hardware mounting, and painting.
If you are intimidated by the thought of building your own cabinets, fear not. I try and show you how to do it in a step by step fashion that anyone could follow. I am not a master woodworker by any means so if I can do it - so can you!
The lower cabinets are next and will include lots of cool features including dust collection, power outlets, miter saw station, and tons of drawer storage. When this is done I will have ZERO excuses for having a messy or un-organized shop.
