In this lecture at Central European University (CEU), Tymofiy Mylovanov, President of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), explores how Ukraine is transforming wartime challenges into long-term innovation, institutional resilience, and economic growth.
Drawing on his experience as President of KSE, former Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, and former Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine, Mylovanov examines how Ukraine is adapting through defense technology, digital governance, higher education, and public institutions.
