Growing up on a family farm in Campbell County, Kentucky, Weston Wolf always knew agriculture would be part of his future. Now a senior in the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, Wolf is gaining hands-on experience as a student worker at the University of Kentucky’s beef unit in Versailles, where classroom learning meets real-world application.
As a recipient of The Bill Gatton Foundation Scholarship, Wolf has been able to focus on his studies in agricultural economics while building practical skills in cattle nutrition, herd management and farm operations. His work at the C. Oran Little Research Center has shaped his goal of helping farmers remain profitable and continue doing what they love.
