SAPUI5 Visual Editor for SAP Web IDE is the tool of choice for adapting and extending SAP Fiori elements application. With the addition of creating new SAP Fiori elements apps WYSIWYG style the SAPUI5 Visual Editor makes a big leap towards end-to-end development support. Based on an existing OData service, the editor allows to add and configure UI elements like columns or sections to the app directly from preview. Annotations and control property changes are generated automatically. Finally the new pushdown wizard of the Annotation Modeler let the developer migrate OData annotations to CDS metadata extensions, if required.
