I was invited by Ubisoft to play an early build of the Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Remake — and I have a lot of thoughts.
In this hands-on preview I am showing the gameplay and break down everything I saw: the new 3D camera, realistic art style vs Olden Era, quality of life changes (turn tracker, town queue, smarter AI), community maps via Mod.io, stunning hero portraits, and my biggest concerns around map visibility, Horn of the Abyss content, and the missing Paul Romero music.
