... (Took me long enough to finish this!) ._.
A while back (oh dear, probably a few years by now) someone replied to my upload of the Angus Manor OST wondering about where the elevator in his manor led to. At the time, I was curious too - I always thought it was for decoration, but I was told there were mini-games inside... so here's my full tour of the mini-games! (And also the Funkey Trunk with everything in it, because why not?)
____
Highlights: (All other mini-games are either variations of, or are identical to the rest.)
Whack-A-Villain (softlocks after level 7) - (00:54)
Angus' Vault - (5:27)
Spin And Win! - (7:42)
More Buttons? - (8:16)
Polygonix - (9:50)
Angus Ammo Dump - (12:02)
Smashing Good Time - (13:21)
Domino Chain Reaction (14:34)
Showing off the Funkey Trunk - (29:59)
___
In order to access these mini-games, you'll need a Keystone - a special item that is obtained only if you place a specific Funkey on the hub: Drift, Waggs, Dot, Vroom, Boggle, Fallout, Xener, Twinx, Tiki, Sprout, Glub, Wasabi, Deuce, Stitch, Bones, Sol, Flurry, Nibble, Sprocket, Vlurp, Lucky, Berger and Dyer will all give you a keystone (and a Funkey familiar) to go with them. There are 23 in all.
If you noticed, there are 4 unobtainable mini-games towards the very bottom. They were likely planned to be part of future updates, but of course that never happened. :(
Some of these mini-games are pretty buggy. The Whack-A-Villain one in particular softlocks on the Success screen after you beat Level 7, and some of the other games feel a little bit thrown-together. But I still think they're pretty cool!
-- Towards the end I decided to tour the Funkey Trunk a little bit. It doesn't have absolutely everything, since the full store was only accessible when servers were still online *and* if you were registered to the U.B Funkeys store. But I thought it'd be nice to show off all the Familiars, Moods and the Portal Jammers. There were bonus crib items you could buy from Angus' shop once upon a time too, but the only way to access them now is by downloading the Funkey Trunk mod online... I might make a video on that + items you get from inputting codes, if anyone wanted me to do that!
