Plays in The City Of Lights, the very first *real* level you visit.
Somehow I don't have a lot to say about this level other than how sinister and spooky the soundtrack is. Very alluring but also scary for little me. That stupid dog gave me nightmares.
Something cool to add is that the name "City Of Lights" is a title used to describe Paris ("La Ville Lumière") as it was one of the first European cities to use street lighting, powered by gas lamps.
Internally referred to as CT. Not an abbreviation for "city" as you might expect, but rather "courtyard", which is a remnant from the game's prototype and how it referred to every individual area.
