Here it is, how to do this glitch without crashing. You just need to have storage when you fish up the treasure (I used text storage with a mailbox so that you understand that I have storage), and you need the forest water to expire frame perfectly just like before. In addition to this, you need to LET GO of grapple when the forest water timer reaches the first frame of 0. Sometimes letting go earlier will also work, the frame window seems to vary (we got one with a 5 frame window). This allows you to get a glitched item. Close the forest water text to cancel the salvaging animation alltogether. Reload the area to get your item just like with chest storage.
Tip for timing the forest water text for TAS: if you see that the item ID doesn't update at all, then your forest water expired too early. If the item ID updates but is the normal item from the treasure, then either the forest water expired too late, or you mistimed letting go of grapple.

This is very precise so I had to splice it. Theres one splice on the swing back (this is when I savestated), and one splice once I got on the branch.
The vine swing to get on top of this branch is stupidely hard. You cant swing straight towards the branch because theres the pillar on the way. So I have to change my swing direction on my way back. Watching this and trying this you definitely learn things about how vines work in Skyward Sword.
This is not useful, and definitely the hardest way to get OoB in Faron Woods found so far.")
