If Andy can abuse RNG so can I.
Every operator here has RNG in their kit, but no 6 stars, because like 2/3 of meta units have some randomness.
Is it as clean as possible? Is it optimized to as few ops as possible? No, but I'm not going back.
The Clowns in question:
Kroos, Greythroat, Vigna, Gummy: Crits
Conviction: S1 rarely does quadruple damage
Red, Beehunter, Mayer: Dodge
Purestream: S2 is random targeting
Ansel: random chance to heal two allies
Warfarin: S2 and SP talent targets are random
Cutter: Random SP gen and Knife targeting
Ethan: Random bind chance

Turns out 30 is doable I just needed to do a bunch of nonsense to make sure Kazemaru could solo the 2nd caster, which left Nearl free to kill exactly 1 Hatedrinker, allowing me to take extra enemies tier 2 and leak the final Hatedrinker.
The hugely RNG gated theoretical Risk 30 strat I mentioned on my 29 video could actually apply here, so 31 is theoretically possible if you want to grind dodge and Manfred targeting RNG until the heat death of the universe.

Clutterknights Rules:
- Unit must summon an object to another tile (i.e. not Surtr)
- The summon must take up a tile (i.e. not Saileach)
- The summon must not take up a deployment slot (i.e. not Kaltsit)
- If the summon is tied to a skill the unit has to use that skill specifically (i.e. Beeswax S2)
- Summoner supporters with the SUM-X module are still banned (i.e. no Scene + module)")

I was having issues with a 7 op RNG clear and decided to try 7 ranged ops then it was so easy I went to 5.
RNG involved:
Kjera S2: Random chance to inflict cold
May S2, Click S2: Random chance to stun
Kroos: Critical hits with stun
Indigo: Random chance to bind
