At Plastics & Rubber Indonesia, POLYSTAR exhibited a Twin head blown film extrusion machine, demonstrating HDPE film blowing process.

Twin head blown film machine has one screw extruder with two separate die heads for creating two tubular bubbles, increasing the efficiency of producing small width plastic film. The screw design is available for processing HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and gives a well mixture of raw material with recycled material such as CaCO3.
