1. Go to the area east of Canalave City
2. Do 13434 tweak in the loadlines
3. Surf east to the Abyss and in the Abyss just go as north as possible
4. Refresh graphics
You can't actually get to the ocean, because it is blocked by invisible wall. Even if you would go one step with WTW and then disable the code, you cannot get further. This is a pointless tweak, because you can't really do anything :P
This is actually one of the things I've found by myself (though I believe others have tried it before me, but I didn't do this with the help of others' instructions).
