Before switching from channel "0" to channel "10", TVQ in Brisbane did a series of test transmissions late at night in the week leading up to the change.
DDQ 10 on the nearby Darling Downs was also changing at the same time in the reverse direction - from channel 10 to channel 0. ( A direct swap)
The TVQ program was a replay of the Expo 88 opening ceremony from a few months earlier.
