On my way to this antenna job I noticed a car parked on the side of the road which had graffiti sprayed on the side of it which read "one broke b--tch" and while leaving this job I discovered this same car was on fire, and the forest next to it was starting to burn.. I'm not sure about the cause of this, but I'd guess it was most likely arson.
The antenna I used to replace his old one was an RCA model ANT705, and I've found it to be a fairly good antenna for some parts of Grant Pass. Other parts of Grants Pass require a yagi antenna with a little more gain on the VHF frequencies.
