In this video, I'll be showing you how turn your Nexus 6P into a Google Pixel from a software standpoint. Even with 7.1.1, there are still features like Moves and Night Light that are only available on the Pixel.
This flashable ZIP will give you those features and more on your 6P, including the Pixel Launcher, rounded icons, Google Assistant, navigation buttons, animations, and blue accent colors. You'll need to be rooted with a custom recovery installed, and you'll need to be running Android 7.1.1 build number NMF26O, but aside from that, it's really easy.

In this video, Ill be showing you a cool new app from Flar2 called Button Mapper that lets you remap hardware buttons without root.
This doesnt work with the power button or on-screen navigation keys, but all other hardware buttons are fair game, including capacitive keys. With this simple app, you can assign custom functions to any of your buttons, or use them to launch apps and shortcuts. Theres even a long-press action that can be assigned, so you can leave your original button function intact, then add a secondary function.

With this app installed, you can simply take a picture of any sign or document, then it will scan the image for every word it can find. Once thats done, youll be able to search the document for any instances of a word, and you can even export the image as a searchable PDF.

To get this one going, youll need to have a device with on-screen navigation keys, as well as Android 5.0 or higher. In addition to that, youll need to have the Xposed Framework installed, and youll also need to be running stock Android or an AOSP-based custom ROM. Aside from that, setup is simple, and youll get a nice little UI element to go along with any music youre listening to.

In this video, Ill be showing you a brand new iPhone app called Ink Hunter that lets you try on tattoos in real time using your iPhones camera.

In this video, Ill be showing you how to set up an app called DroidLock that automatically changes your PIN based on certain contexts like time, date, or battery percentage.
With this one installed, youll get an extra layer of security in the sense that, if someone ever looks over your shoulder and sees your PIN, the number they saw wont unlock your device the next time around. This isnt a lock screen replacement app, it just changes your PIN automatically. Even better, it doesnt require root or Xposed, and it will work on the majority of devices, so its a great setup.
