In this video, I'll be showing you how to use an Xposed module called "NavBar Music Visualizer" to add a music visualizer directly to Android's navigation bar.
To get this one going, you'll need to have a device with on-screen navigation keys, as well as Android 5.0 or higher. In addition to that, you'll need to have the Xposed Framework installed, and you'll also need to be running stock Android or an AOSP-based custom ROM. Aside from that, setup is simple, and you'll get a nice little UI element to go along with any music you're listening to.

In this video, Ill be showing you a brand new iPhone app called Ink Hunter that lets you try on tattoos in real time using your iPhones camera.
You simply draw a square smiley face on yourself where you want the tattoo, then load up a tattoo in Ink Hunter, and the app will overlay a perfect virtual copy of the tat directly on your skin. Its mostly for fun, but it can definitely help when youre thinking of getting a new tattoo.

In this video, Ill be showing you how to set up an app called DroidLock that automatically changes your PIN based on certain contexts like time, date, or battery percentage.
With this one installed, youll get an extra layer of security in the sense that, if someone ever looks over your shoulder and sees your PIN, the number they saw wont unlock your device the next time around. This isnt a lock screen replacement app, it just changes your PIN automatically. Even better, it doesnt require root or Xposed, and it will work on the majority of devices, so its a great setup.

In this video, Ill be showing you how to unlock the hidden Night Mode setting in Android Nougat to get a blue-cancelling screen filter that works at the GPU level.
The first Developer Preview of Android 7.0 had this feature, but it was taken out before the final public build of Nougat was released. Luckily, though, you can re-enable this option with a simple non-root app, and theres even a Quick Settings toggle to help you control it.

In this video, Ill be showing you how to move the clock back to the upper-right corner on your Samsung Galaxy device running One UI (Android 9.0 Pie).
Google moved the clock to the left corner to accommodate phones with notches, and Samsung kept this change, but Galaxy phones dont have notches. So if youd like to put things back the way they were, you just need to install an app called SystemUI Tuner, send one ADB command (available in Step 5 at the full tutorial), then tap a couple of buttons.

In this video, Ill be showing you how to the new boot animation from Googles Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones.
Its a pretty cool animation with a white background, unlike most. Four colored dots bounce around while its loading, then eventually morph into the Google G logo. This should work on any rooted device that has a bootanimation.zip file in its /system/media folder.
