A Fresnel lens can make your light more intense by concentrating the light into a spotlight beam. Most fresnel lights are adjustable so you can adjust the beam angle. These types of lights are great for putting a beam of light on a subject that's further away. There are many fresnel options that fit onto a Bowens mount found on most lights nowadays.
