Cooking on the Weber with the FireDial installed and the Vortex brand grate. I love the shape of grid pattern on the this, it makes it easy to cook small stuff with out it falling through. Cook fish, shrimp, cut vegetables almost anything with out a separate grill pan. In this video I cook haystack onions, turkey burgers, turkey sausage, and stuffed mushrooms. No separate grilling pan needed.
