In 2018 lost 120 pounds on a meat only carnivore diet. I have been working to maintain that weight loss ever since. December 7th I had an extended tummy tuck (skin removal) and diastasis recti muscle repair. I recorded my pre-op, pieces of the surgery, and documented a lot of my recovery for this video.
