Ganja in Kawagoe, Saitama, basically invented the style of gyokai tsukemen. Thick soup, usually a tonkotsu, is further enhanced with dried fish powder. Served with extra thick noodles, this style is one of the most popular in Japan.

Ganja will be at the 2018 Grand Tsukemen Fest. during the 2nd week, October 11-17. The event is free to enter. Just buy your bowls and enjoy. I'll be there each Thursday for a livestream. Hope to see you there!
