The unthinkable has happened, I purchased a power tool from Harbor Freight. This goes against my long standing policy of never buying anything with moving parts from HFT. IT IS NOT MY FAULT. My tried and true tool brand, DeWalt, did not make what I was looking for. The only other options were specialty tool companies like Eastwood, and those were MUCH more expensive. I guess we are going to find out together, does the Bauer Surface Conditioning Tool hold up against its rivals like the Eastwood Contour, or does it even stand up as a power tool against DeWalt, Milwaukee, or Makita?
