An unusual yet fairly simple geometric solid built from neodymium ball magnets. It is 16 sided, with 4 regular hexagonal sides and 12 regular pentagonal ones. It is very close to what is known in geometry as a truncated triakis tetrahedron, except that in a true one the pentagonal faces are not quite regular:

I decorated it with both gold and nickel and used approximately 1800 balls to build it, or 8 and a bit Neocube sets of 216. It is double walled for a solid feel but is still actually a hollow construction. Makes a good paperweight.
