President Donald Trump said he wants everyone to be safe and have a good time at the event, which is expected to bring $210 million to the Washington area in tourism dollars.

The Freedom 250 Grand Prix is part of the IndyCar Series and will feature drivers completing 147 laps around a 1.7-mile track in the National Mall.
