The U.K. Is experiencing yet another heatwave, the fifth of the season to hit Europe, and the world's oceans reached their highest temperatures ever recorded for July. Now more than ever, people need reliable information. In the United States, the federal government's climate.gov website was long considered one of the most trusted sources of climate information — until the Trump administration shut it down. The site's manager, Rebecca Lindsey, was laid off along with all of her colleagues. She joins the show to lay out the stakes.
