A Warhammer 40k lore documentary on the True Size of a Krieg Armored Korp!
We continue to explore the true size of armies in Warhammer 40,000. This particular episode focuses on the tanks and armored vehicles of a Krieg Siege Regiment. We begin with a review of the overall Krieg military organization within the Astra Militarum and the role of its various Regiments. Then we cover the different types of armored companies which include field, standard, heavy, and siege variants. Each of these units is then dissected from the war machine to the squadron, company, and regiment.

In this history documentary series we will be bringing to life the True Size of the Battle of Cannae between Rome and Carthage in the midst of the Second Punic War. The simulations were made possible thanks to Unreal Engine 5 and the support of Dr. Adrian Goldsworthy.
We begin with a review of the Roman and Carthaginian Army sizes. Next we turn to the site of battle to identify where they would have been placed. As the armies now enter the battlefield we model the camps which were erected in the days leading up to battle. Finally we arrive at the climactic day of August 2nd with the Battle of Cannae. Here we cover the army deployments and formations from both a birds eye view and the boots on the ground. In our next episode we shall turn to the unfolding of the battle itself.

We continue to explore the true size of armies in Warhammer 40,000. This particular episode focuses on the combined arms formations of an Armageddon Steel Legion. We begin with a review of the history of the planet of Armageddon which stretches back to the War of the Beast and the years of the Imperial Great Crusade. We then cover the emergence of Armageddon as an imperial hive planet devastated by pollution and war. But from the crucible of the War for Armageddon would emerge a powerful army of the Imperial Guard bent on retaking their planet with an aggressive, mechanized doctrine. The video then covers each of the major unit types found in the Steel Legion before combing them all together into squadrons, platoons, companies, and regiments.
