Troubled Nob Hills apartments has new management  @CNYCentralNews

After years of code violations, a fatal fire and legal action from both the city and state, new management at Nob Hill Apartments says it is working to make changes tenants can see and feel.

United Plus Property Management took over the complex in May with 114 open code violations. The company says that number is now down to 49 as crews work through longstanding problems across the property.
