Completely dry air on one side, and massive spastic bursts of Water Vapor on the other side, does not meet the definition of “Tropical Cyclone.” No meteorologist or anyone could look at this mess, and think for one minute that it happened “naturally.”
It just keeps getting easier to prove this Managed Water Cycle creation and manipulation of storm systems, because they keep having to try desperately harder each time they do it. As anyone with eyes can see, they failed to create an actual “Tropical Storm” with this event. As is often the case, this is just a collection of bursts and forced winds that drop those massive amounts water back down, and a collection of manufactured tornado attempts.
