I’m sharing my recipe for a light, fluffy and fruity mango cake! This is a great cake to bake for a special occasion or if you’re craving a sweet treat! It’s a simple recipe to make, but full of mango flavour! Mango Cake
2 cups self rising cake flour
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup pureed mango
1 cup sugar
¾ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mango Jam
2 cups chopped mango
1 cup sugar
Juice of half a lemon
