In this video I’m sharing how to make spiced sorrel jelly using dry sorrel. This is a delicious jelly to spread on toast, bread or even to use in desserts!

Ingredients:
Sorrel Juice
1 100g pack of dried sorrel
6 cups water
1 stick cinnamon
1 star anise

Jelly
5 cups sugar
4 cups sorrel juice
2 pouches liquid pectin (can use powdered pectin, follow package directions)
