First off, this edit was derived from this edit, based on an inside Discord joke: youtu.be/LGkNvBLHJoM
I actually had to redraw the background and glass, mask Lady Redundant woman completely from the background, THEN I could transplant the color filter onto Rick. Masking her meant reconstructing the sweeper effect, but I already had reference in how to do that. For Rick, to get a mostly neutral stance I reversed his footage for the first few seconds. Wordgirl was interrupted to flow into the joke better, reusing the position/rotation of the edit
Ironically, despite recycling from the edit, I have to say that making this was harder due to very specifically masking each frame in Gimp. But it was worth it
