Getting deep into creating soundscapes with these devices. The Monos has such a huge range of noises from bleeps to chip tune and drones. The Driftbox still impresses with the insane amount of modulation available across the 2 VCOs. The ROAT is such a cool device for bashing together quick lo-fi sequences. The Resonance Circuits Aurora is such a lovely thing. It fills out the space with its random tones and noisy delay.

A delicious pad created from a made up chord. The Swarm polyphony is in full effect. I kept the filter quite closed to give a warm, lo-fi vibe. I’m playing the keystep live with the Peterlin chirping and blooping away by itself.

Walrus Audio Qi Etherealizer
A great way to spend an hour on a dark, cold rainy Saturday.
Starting with a glitchy percussive sequence on the RoAT which is sending clock to the Double Knot
Double Knot has sequences running independently in both shift registers. I’ve put data into these manually instead of just feeding them the waves from the oscillators. It’s a fairly simple patch.
The Etherealizer is adding delay, reverb and some granular sampling playing the x2 setting (double speed, 1 Octave). This pedal adds a huge amount of body to the overall sound.
The Swarm has a freeze sample (of a chord) set up and ready to play before starting so I can just bring that in when I want.
