For clarification, what I mean by, Instrumental Concept is that this is how I imagine the instrumental for twist of fate would sound like. So in a way, this is a rough draft of sorts, not a final product. Also, the name, Blues is another name Proto Man uses. I just called him that because its shorter and it keeps the amount of letters in the Phantoms names somewhat consistent.
