Triple Trouble Mega Man Mix wooooooooow :O

For clarification, what I mean by, "Instrumental Concept" is that this is how I imagine the instrumental for twist of fate would sound like. So in a way, this is a rough draft of sorts, not a final product. Also, the name, "Blues" is another name Proto Man uses. I just called him that because it's shorter and it keeps the amount of letters in the Phantoms name's somewhat consistent.
