HAPPY 34TH BIRTHDAY TOM WELLING!!!
I have wanted to make a video of this amazingly talented actor for a while now and when Lilah (Lilah86 on Twitter) tweeted someone should vid Mr. Welling to this song, I decided to take on the challenge. So I downloaded a few of my favorite interviews/footage of him, built up my picture collection and cut the song (which I'm very proud of, it may well be my best song cut yet, lol).
Lilah requested it be mostly Tom so I tried my best to keep it from being a Clark Kent video but let's face it, Smallville's a HUGE part of his acting career so it had to be shown, just not centered around. I also made use of his other roles in films and past television (a list of which can be seen below). I think I did a good job of keeping it varied with the focus being on Tom himself...I hope anyway, lol. Tom is an AMAZING actor who never ceases to impress me with his skills. And not just as an actor but as a director and producer. The man really is a superman!
I want to dedicate this video to a few people. Tom Welling, of course. Dedicated to Lilah, for suggesting this song without which I might never have gotten a vid of Tom done. Another dedication to my VIT (jaderoyale), for sending me a bunch of pictures of our boy and I know how she adores Tom. Also, a thank you to luvtheheavenAGAIN and meesa96 for reviewing parts of this as I made it :)
A head's up...this may be my last video for a while. I just got a job (FINALLY) and I'm not sure how viding will fit into that just yet. I will be continuing to work on projects in my spare time but how much I'll have is yet to be determined. I worked my ass off on this vid to get it done in time so I could give my followers something to watch before my life gets BUSY!!

HAPPY 20th BIRTHDAY EMILY!!! I made it in time!! I worked like a mad woman to get this fast paced cast vid made for you!! Now you can probably tell this is neither a Leyton nor a multi-fandom video (I was just watching my fave Leyton moments the other night and thats what was making me fall in love with them again...that tweet was not meant to trick you btw, I just thought it was fun not to correct you when you mentioned trickery, haha). And. to paraphrase the words of Alma, you probably wet your pants finding out this is not a Leyton vid, LOL (sorry, had to include that in the description).
WARNING: This video is highly fast paced. If you dont like fast paced vids then please do yourself a favor and dont watch...or at least dont comment saying its too fast. And another warning, I used the Absolute Justice as the pic in the end credits. I personally dont consider it a spoiler but if you dont want to see ANYTHING future season 9 related then dont watch the end credits, lol.
Anywho, this is my present for my BEST friend here on YouTube. Like she did with my Christmas gift vid, I gave luvtheheaven3 a list of possible vid ideas and she told me which shed like to get as a gift. She only had one request from me - that it not be a Clois vid. Thats not to say shes not a Cloiser but she wanted me to vid outside of Clois since I havent done so in a while. This vid does have Clois but not as its focus.
Now I originally started on a multi-fandom video for her cuz she seemed to favor that idea but I couldnt finish it so I changed to this idea. This was supposed to be for both the premiere of Disciple and Emilys birthday but sadly Disciple has been pushed back a week but still its up and more importantly its up in time for Emilys birthday!!
I tried to include every character that has appeared in at least 3 episodes on the show as well as every possible pairing the show has had thus far. This video has OVER 100 episodes in it so I think I got close to my goal of getting EVERYONE in, lol. I know this song is about Martin Luther King, Jr (how ironic is it I was working on this on MLK weekend last week? LOL) but I think it fits Smallville VERY well. Theyre all fighting for what they think is right and often times in the name of love :)
So I have to thank a few people. Thank you alma45, meesa96, ButtnJamz323 and CatAtak12 for reviewing the first 37 seconds of this vid for me! Sorry if I didnt take your suggestions but I do appreciate them! And an extra thank you to CatAtak12 for teaching me a new way to do the overlays (I think theyre better now, sorry if theyre not, lol). Oh yeah and another thank you to jaderoyale for sending her finish the vid vibes over here all the way from England! It worked :)
