The march of progress hasn’t been stopped for the tribes in Ethiopia’s Omo Valley, but it has been delayed for many of them. Here are some pictures I took in 2015 of the women in the Kara, the Nygatoam, and the Mursi tribes, their culture closer to the past than the present. In a few years these scenes may no longer be there.
