This is crazy! Why do they think that I am the Bad Guy? Just because they are embarrassed at what gets exposed, they want to blame the messenger. Please tell me what was DISORDERLY according to their definition-- 42.01 A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly abuses or threatens a person in a public place in an offensive manner, Notice how I state my intent and it was not to abuse or threaten anyone!
Why are they pressing forward on this despite Cohen v California?
The judge in this case is a JP meaning he has never been to law school. He is actually an ex-cop.
