I was arrested and released. The charge was interference. This happened because the Fort Worth Police Department is OUT OF CONTROL! They claim that they respect our rights! REALLY? This officer was giving out UNLAWFUL tickets. Now his supervisor is aware but probably ordered him to do it. Give all the tickets you want but install the proper signage. That is called "community policing". So much for the chief claiming he retrained all the officers in the first amendment. Never ask for a supervisor. They will not help you. How would a reasonable person believe a traffic stop was in progress when the patrol car with reds and blues going was about seven car lengths away. Why would a good cop disregard his general orders and jump me before asking what I was doing? Just jump me before de-escalation. Is that what the process is? I heard him tell his supervisor, "She keeps calling me a crybaby."
