Mount Massive, just outside of the town of Leadville, CO, is the second-tallest summit in Colorado and the Rockies. It also features the highest ridge in the state—an almost two mile traverse entirely above 14,000 feet. This was my first big objective for the summer climbing season, and it was a fantastic day!
