Susan at Escapes is traveling to Cancun November 2021. Canadian travel is finally opening up. All Covid protocols are in place. Masks are required on flights. A PCR test is not required to enter Mexico. But a PCR test is required in Mexico to return to Canada until further notice.
Most resorts offer this at a cost and it must be done at least within 72 hours of your return flight.
