Transforming Care Systems in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: A Forum on Gender, Digitalization, and Women's Economic Empowerment was held on 16-17 September 2025 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The forum was organized by the UN Women Knowledge and Partnerships Centre in the Republic of Korea, as part of UN Women’s TransformCare Investment Initiative Asia-Pacific.
The forum brought together experts, academic researchers, government representatives, the private sector, and civil society organizations from China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and the Republic of Korea to explore how AI and digital technologies can help transform care systems.

Pillar 3 (Protection) and Pillar 4 (Relief and Recovery)
UN Women organized a Regional Multi-stakeholder Forum on Leveraging New Technology and Artificial Intelligence to Advance Women, Peace and Security (WPS) in Asia and the Pacific in partnership with the Government of Australia, under the Southeast Asia and Pacific Cyber Program (SEA-PAC Cyber). The forum took place on 6-7 May in Bangkok, Thailand.
The agenda was structured around the four pillars of the WPS agenda. In addition to in-person participation, online registration was available for selected sessions which explored how new technologies and artificial intelligence could advance WPS across each pillar.
This recording contains two sessions held on 7 May 2026: Pillar 3 (Protection) and Pillar 4 (Relief and Recovery/Peacebuilding).
